There is a park [read: patch of grass with five oak trees and a locked, metal gate] behind my house, where all the birds in the city must live. There are days when their chirping actually overpowers the sounds from the street!

Please don't iron your curtains, they might catch fire. <br /><br />PS My curtains are really wrinkly too from when I 'packed' them by stuffing them in something and leaving them like that for a while... I firmly believe that hanging them will eventually smooth out all the wrinkles

Too funny! There's been a nest under the eave directly under my bedroom window (which is open all spring, summer, and fall) for years. They are loud little mofos.<br /><br />P.S. I don't iron either. I don't believe in it.
