| The one where I steal an idea from someone else. |
I was perusing the content at Tequila Mockingbird, who is great, by the by, and everyone should read her, when I saw this post.
I thought it was an interesting little litany and I wanted to do it too. So, here you go. I refuse to do any sort of tagging but you might want to give it a shot your own self- even just in comments or whatever.
Love, M

You're not a snooze-button girl? We might have to call the whole thing off.
Actually I don't use the snooze button either - I'm more likely to grouse for a few seconds and then sleep through the alarm entirely - but I do so like knowing that it's there. As if I could always play the Snooze Card in case I suddenly did have to get up. "Aha! Good try, Morning, but you weren't expecting this, were you?" (plays Snooze Card) "Haha! But wait, wait. What are you doing with that cup of coffee? Curses! Nooooo..."
Ahem.

Ok, all cool, but you have your brother listed under things you didn't care for as a teenager, and also under things you've always liked. Make up your mind. Also, math is what's keeping us all alive, I remember to thank it each and every day.
-
Shut up. YOU like sex too?
-
L- It takes me so long to fall asleep that trying to regain slumber for a brief 5 min. period or so is paramount to the biggest cocktease ever. It's not for me. And I agree, coffee is the siren that lures me from my bed. Which I love. I have the best bed in the whole world.
A- You are the best. Thanks. Even though I feel that, on some level, it is accurate to say I both liked and disliked him as a teen, you caught my typo. I stand corrected. And I still hate math but let's always be friends so that you can do my math for me for the rest of our lives, okay?
PdW- Me and the horny toads.

Dude I finally clicked over from google reader and Bam! New Layout! It's hot.
-
Tiff- it's from suckmylolly.com. She's so sweet, and super talented. I highly recommend. I didn't even get this for myself. Peter did it all.
-
I love sleeping in the car too.
And Peter: great comment.
-
I'm stealing this. Just so you know.

Finally, some people who are with me on the whole snooze button.
-

ten things I've never much cared for and very likely never will 1) stupid people 2) 3) 4) 5) 6) 7) 8) 9) 10)

Hi there A Lover and a Fighter. I'm a first time commenter on your blog but I've been silently enjoying your adventures for some time now. So I just thought I would introduce myself before I started listing off my ten things. My name is Rheana, I'm Canadian, I’m a mere 20 years old and I like to laugh, a lot. So thanks for that, you know, laughing bit. Anyway, here I go. Ten things I really liked as a teen but not anymore: 1) Boys who didn't know I existed until I accidentally on purpose touched his butt in the crowded hallways then quickly ducked into math class. 2) Drugs 3) Piggyback rides from fellow classmates (not so cool in uni) 4) Braces 5) People who don't know how to be a good friend 6) Shamelessly flirting 7) Dating boys for a few weeks at a time 8) "Hooking up" 9) Pit parties or Park parties (sounds exactly like what it was, a party in a pit or a park) 10) Skipping class Ten things I didn't like as a teen but do now: 1) Spicy Food 2) Cooking 3) Working 4) Being alone 5) Cleaning 6) Traveling alone 7) Hats 8) Onions 9) Family dinners 10) My laugh, seriously I'm so loud when I laugh and I just can't help it. Ten things I've never much cared for and very likely never will: 1) People who are rude 2) Cliques 3) Drunk dialing ex boyfriends who call just to rub in your face that you just got dumped by your most recent ex boyfriend. 4) Pregnant women who smoke (it's not just that I don't like that they are smoking but the women who smoke during pregnancy end up being bitches who I just can't get along with) 5) Death Metal 6) Coke and Pepsi(I despise them both equally) 7) Jealousy 8) Falling so completely into lust with someone you will never meet(again) or have no chance with. 9) Being dehydrated 10) My dad
Ten things I’ve always really liked and probably always will: 1) The grim satisfaction I get after killing the mosquito that just bit me. Seriously, is there a better revenge for having to deal with an annoying bug bite than knowing that your own hand(s) killed the annoying bug that caused you such annoyance? I didn’t think so. 2) Reading 3) Being able to sleep while traveling unless I’m the driver of the bus, car, train, airplane etc. 4) Video games 5) Hockey (doesn’t matter if I’m playing, coaching or watching I still like it) 6) Beer 7) Sex 8) My family (excluding #10 of the above list) 9) Card games (especially if they include drinking) 10) My dog
